The educational tools on energy and mobility issues are one of the direct outcomes of the FEEDU project.

A sort of 40 tools, including information cards and books, science fair projects, games and activity books are now available online to help increase teachers, pupils and parents awareness on these topics.

Find out an easy and appealing way to get children discussing about the topic of energy.

Discover successful experiences, related with energy-awareness, presented by each one of the 13 energy agencies, from the 9 European countries involved in the FEEDU Project. These examples can be implemented in order to raise teachers, pupils and parents awareness, on the field of energy, and also contribute to change people’s lifestyle with respect to energy consumption and mobility habits.

The general longer term objectives of the action are to raise the awareness of children concerning energy use at their school and at home (related with RUE, RES and transport issues) and try to change the families' attitude.

On the short term the project will focus on the education of those children by setting up project work in the class during a year.

On the medium term the dissemination of the project aims at stimulating similar projects.

Who are the target groups of the FEEDU project?

The children, from 10 to 12 years old (last to years of primary school), in the 130 participating schools;

The involved educators / teachers, that will follow the energy courses;

The parents, of the participating children, that will be informed during the project duration;

The public authorities on primary school level, which will be urged to introduce and promote energy-saving awareness programs into the cross curriculum.
